How quickly can you start?
Discovery call usually within 48 hours of first contact. For most projects we can begin engineering work within 1–2 weeks of sign-off.
Do you work fixed-price or hourly?
Both. Well-defined scope → fixed price. Exploratory or evolving work → time-and-materials with a weekly cap. We tell you which we recommend, and why, in the quote.
Will I own the code?
Always. Source code, repos, infrastructure — all handed over. You can stay with us for support by choice, not lock-in.
Can you integrate with Sage / Pastel / Xero?
Yes. We've built integrations with all three, plus the usual SA payment gateways (PayFast, Yoco, Peach) and document/comms stacks (Mandrill, Twilio, ClickSend).
Do you do small jobs?
Yes — half our "Custom coding" work is one-off scripts and integrations. Two-day jobs welcome.
